Indie/Rock/Punk-ish band Casanovela is looking for a replacement drummer. We play messy indie rock with power-pop leanings. Looking for a drummer comfortable with playing both in the pocket as well as breaking out and getting weird or taking a bit of the spotlight from time to time. Live, we play a messy, but solid set. We have about an hour's worth of material. Kind of a Replacements meets Dead Milkmen vibe. The singer is all over the place but plays energetically. Backing vocals, even just gang shouts are a plus and hoped for. We have a few songs on Spotify and are in the middle of finishing up a second EPs worth of songs. We approach things rather democratically. Stylewise, we're searching for a musician who can play quiet, but also hit hard. Someone who can get rhythmically out there but also tie things up tightly.
