The WHM is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, AFib & other cardio-vascular conditions, or other physiological issues that can be heightened by moving blood around. The WHM is intended for individuals who can withstand the stress of this program, including deep breathing & cold temperature exposure.
