This position is for a route that operates in three commercial buildings in the Kissimmee area. The candidate will be responsible to clean the assigned facilities Monday through Friday. You must begin work at 5:00 PM daily as daily attendance is required. You will perform cleaning duties in all assigned areas and report to the Operations Supervisor. Essential Duties/Functions: -Sweep, mop, and vacuum all facility floors, including common areas. -Dust furniture, walls, windowsills, blinds, computers. -Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops in staff kitchen. -Clean and disinfect telephones, tabletops, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and light switches. -Clean restrooms including restocking dispensers with paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. -Clean and sanitize fixtures, partition doors/walls, toilets, and urinals. -Empty all trash receptacles and replace with bag liners. -Removal of all trash to the designated disposal areas outside. -Clean equipment thoroughly after use. -Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all cleaning chemicals. -Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies as you will be responsible to communicate with company office management when product is needed. -Must keep janitor's closet neat and orderly. -Performs additional duties as needed. -Report any building issues and/or safety concerns with Operations Supervisor. Part-time position Monday to Friday only Compensation: from $12 per hour Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide proof of residence (valid driver's license and valid Social Security Card).
