We offer high quality construction services including residential building and all forms of roofing. We are a young but powerful company looking to grow our team and services. POSITION TYPE: Full time DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: On-site management of trade partners, materials, and construction schedule. Direct communication with clients and Spire team throughout project(s) to ensure an excellent customer experience and quality product. Ensuring adherence to Spire’s quality standards. Complete company training and development program. Maintaining a clean and safe job site. Accurate record keeping via daily logs and Company Cam. Regular attendance to Spire weekly team meetings and events. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Management experience in any field. Proof of alignment with Spire Contracting, LLC core values. General knowledge of construction. Ability to lead teams and motivate others Comfortable with ladder work Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills. COMPENSATION: $25/hour This role has the ability to grow into a salaried position with benefits.
