Hi. I am a 38 year old male. I am super friendly and extremely if not too respectful. I'm an empathy driven person. Others happiness means a great deal to me and letting people down and or imposing or disappointing anyone do not sit well with my morals. This is important for me to relay because making a decision to allow a stranger In or around any part of your home or property I would think could be nerve wracking. I have several projects that I work on and spend time doing that require space I do not have at my current living situation. I am more than happy to answer any questions you have as I am a very open book person. I don't lie, I don't steal or vandalize, no party people or guests showing up, and I definitely do not leave messes or trash anywhere I go. And I don't smoke but I do vape if that's ok. If not it's no big deal. Ohhh and I'm said by most to be handsome and also great with style and fun sue (fungshway). Spelling is obviously not my forte. Lol. I just need a small space, that is out of the way, for a few hours a day maybe one to three times a week depending on your schedule and comfortability. I won't need anything extra other than the space and maybe electricity. The shed, garage basement, room, heck back yard I could set a tent in would suffice. But the space doesn't need to be nice or clean. If it's cluttered I'm sure I can help clean and organize and I am more than happy to arrange something for me to do to pay or help out with chores or fixit thises and that's or maintaining indoor and outdoor whatever's it is that needs fixed. I have years of construction experience and I'm very good at troubleshooting and problem solving those troubles. Lol. I'm trying to keep this short. Sorry much info. Should have made a video. Lol. I can provide an extensive list of references. I have and keep many friends and all in all I'm a likable guy that just needs some me space somewhere to be. I'm a musician guitarist songwriter who is talented mostly humble and is currently on the brink of recording my first album as a solo artist singer and showman on and off stage. I am working twards my dream goal to sell my music for the first time in my very music influenced and inspired life. I play an acustic so you won't have pictures falling off the shelves and walls in your home I promise. And yeah I can play that thing. God definitely blessed me with talent and I'm goin to give it hell using that talent. I may regret that last line. But hey im me.
