Customer Service Representative A recycling company is looking for a Scale Operator (data entry clerk / cashier). This is an entry-level position consisting of a range of clerical and operational duties. The candidate will report directly to the supervisor or manager and must be able to function with minimal supervision. Work in this position requires the ability to multitask. Location: 288 & Almeda Genoa Pay: $13.50/hr. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am - 5 pm / Sat 9am - 2 pm Duties: Assisting customers at the scale and the cashier office. Handling data entry, cashier duties, and record keeping. Will be trained on the scale. Accurately performing data entry. Answer phones and file paperwork as needed. Occasional general labor work in the yard. Qualifications: Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred. Excellent customer service, some cash handling experience. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass a drug test. This company is hiring full-time personnel to contribute to their vision for the city's environment. Recycling associates are needed to help improve the earth's wellbeing. These positions play a crucial role in ensuring proper recycling processing for Harris County. Location: 288 & Almeda Genoa Schedule: Monday- Saturday (7 am - 4 pm) Pay: $11.50 /hr. Duties: Separate all kinds of metal materials that arrive at the yard. Distribute the materials in the designated area based on the type of metal it is. Clean area of work. Qualifications: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Able to constantly lift 25-70 lbs. Able to work in inclement weather.
