Janene of 5D Acupuncture and Mary of Firefly Reiki and Hypnosis will lead a small group through an ear acupuncture and guided hypnosis session to help you reprogram your mind and body to achieve success with your weight loss program. Acupuncture can help with weight loss by restoring the body’s natural state of balance where it self-regulates digestion and appetite, metabolism and water retention, as well as hormone and inflammatory responses. The main ear acupuncture appetite control point can be stimulated continuously with self-adhesive ear pellets which will be available for a separate purchase of $5 and includes a how-to demonstration.
