Join me for a very special 2 hour gathering as we share a beautiful yin & flow yoga experience with a sound healing savasana. In this gathering we will start with journaling and sharing circle to release, reflect and set our intention for our practice. We will then settle into a relaxing yin yoga practice that is aimed at gently stimulating the flow of our vital life force also known as prana throughout the body. During this session we will access the deeper connective tissues by holding and settling into traditional yin yoga poses. As a result of holding the postures for a longer period of time and tapping into the deeper tissues of the body we will begin to increase circulation and flexibility, while also calming the nervous system. After this gentle practice we will close with a beautiful extended sound healing savasana facilitated by the celestial sounds of crystal singing bowls. Suggested items for class: 1. Wear Comfortable clothing (highly suggested) 2. Yoga Mat (highly suggested). *** There will be mats available for use at the studio*** 3. Blocks, Pillows, Blankets, Bolsters for support/comfort *** Please complete the NEW liability waiver and release prior to practice.
