Join us for the Rotary Club of Broadway-Timberville's Night at the Races 2023! Proceeds from this event will benefit Plains Elementary School's Playground Project as well as other community projects identified throughout the year. Tickets are $50 per person which includes dinner, unlimited drinks (including beer and wine), "funny money" for "gambling" and entry into a $1,000 drawing. All event attendees must be at least 21 years of age. The event will consist of "gambling" on pre-recorded horse races, Casino games (Poker, Black Jack, etc.), and other "gambling" opportunities. At the end of the evening, you may use your funny money to buy chances for a $250 drawing. The Nuts & Bolts: Poker chips can be purchased with cash or funny money, but cannot be converted back into cashAdditional funny money can be purchased dollar for dollarThe cost of each horse race bet is $3 and can ONLY be placed with funny moneySilent auction items must be paid for with cash or check Funny money CANNOT be redeemed for cash at the end of the nightPull tabs and 50/50 raffles may only be purchased with cash and winners will be paid in cashYou must be present or your ticket must be represented by someone to win the $1,000 or $250 drawing.
