Join us for a 45 minute immersive sound bath experience, guiding you through meditation while aligning and balancing your chakras and experiencing deep sound healing. While you experience your meditation we will be having our guest master reiki practitioner Brenda Martinez preform white light reiki on everyone in the room while the sound waves wash over us. Our singing bowls resonate at 432 hz and are nearly 100% pure American quartz crystal. Sound healing and reiki are effective at working through anxiety, stress, imbalance, traumas, spiritual blocks, dis-ease and more. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to get comfortable on, (yoga mat slots are first come first serve, late arrivals may be seated in a chair) and come well hydrated.This is a limited seating event, 7 seats available.
