Description
Full time maintenance position available. Must be a self starter, able to work with little direct supervision, must possess a variety of skills including painting, drywall repairs, irrigation repairs, and other duties as assigned, including property clean up and other activities that improve curb appeal. Must own basic hand tools and must have a smart phone. Must have reliable transportation with clean driving record and be willing to travel throughout Brevard County.
Position includes company paid health insurance premium for employee, mileage reimbursement, cell phone allowance, and other outstanding benefits including 401K and optional dental, vision and life insurance.
