We are thrilled to return to in-person dumpling classes after a 3 year hiatus. Learn the art of handmade dumplings at Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston Magazine’s “ Best Dumplings.”  In this 2-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to make delicious dumplings from scratch. Dumpling fillings include our non-traditional lemongrass pork and cabbage, our vegetarian cheddar scallion potato, and a rotating vegan special. The class covers everything from hand-folding techniques to how to achieve a perfect pan-sear at home. After you learn how to fold some of our favorite shapes, you’ll get to eat your creations with a variety of dipping sauces from our sauce bar. We’ll send you home with some of the dumplings you made, along with a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own dumpling party!
