Our minds and bodies hold on to old beliefs and stagnant energy that we must reframe and release in order to fully move in the direction we desire.
Through a series of journaling, movement and meditation exercises you will shake off the mental and physical cobwebs and feel refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired to take bold action toward the life you deserve!
You will need:
A yoga mat. (There are a few available at the studio if you don't own one)A journal/paper & pen.A willingness to try something new and get a little silly!This workshop is designed and run by me, Colleen.
