Greetings! You are invited to attend our academy style workout. Please bring a yoga mat, gallon of water, flashlight, and wear appropriate attire for working out. Preferred attire is dark bottoms, a white shirt (Tucked in), and athletic shoes. This workout will be held at Merced High School located in Merced, CA. Address: 205 W.
