Raising a child living with a mental illness or emotional disorder is not an easy task at times. We understand that it takes a village. NAMI Northern Illinois would like to offer you this form of peer support so that you can talk through the challenges and victories that you may be working through with your child and family. We are here to offer you encouragement, resources, and a helping hand. 3rd Thursday of the month from 5:30-7PM Zoom Room, Forest City Church, 1280 South Alpine Road, Rockford, IL 61108 NAMI Northern Illinois’ Parent & Caregivers Support group is a peer-led support group for any adult with a child (under 22) who is experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
