Proper pruning helps maintain the aesthetics and also improve the health of plants in your landscape. This presentation will review proper pruning practices for trees and shrubs in the landscape, including tools to use, when to prune, and a demonstration of how to make proper pruning cuts.
This month's presenter is Leslie Rose, Extension Horticulture Agent and Director of the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park.
Weather permitting, these classes will be in-person and in the gardens at the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park (4200 Manor House Circle, Clemmons, NC 27012). Please dress appropriately for the weather. Registered participants will receive further details.
Space is limited and registration is required! The demonstration will be held on Friday, February 24 at 1 PM and 3 PM. Information covered in each demonstration will be the same; please select only one time slot when you register.
