GRI 402 Staying in Business and out of Court This one day course will cover common legal pitfalls of all types that are encountered in real estate practice, the most frequent causes of lawsuits, the often misunderstood aspects of agency law, compensation issues in the light of federal and state laws, several Real Estate Commission rules and regulations, and other legal and risk-education topics- including penalties for violations of various state and federal laws.
