MERIDEN, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen. Lilly Baldwin, 17, was last seen Sunday wearing a black front-zip hooded sweatshirt with gray sweatpants and white Nike sneakers. She is 5'1" and 90 lbs. If you know of her whereabouts, call police at 203-630-6201.
