Clean background check required. General repairs and maintenance experience needed. Includes it ALL! You can provide your services on what you are comfortable doing. You are your own boss. We ask that you provide the labor only on required jobs. You will not be expected to purchase anything with your $$ to do any job. Must be dependable and detail orientated. You are expected to communicate with management as requested. WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN PUTTING A BANDAID ON A BROKEN ARM. WE LOOK TO DO THE JOB ONCE - DO IT RIGHT - AND MOVE ON. THIS IS WHERE EXPERIENCE COUNTS! Paid by the job. Again, you do not lay out any money for supplies. This is a great long term opportunity for the right person.
