Remodel Help Needed

I am looking for multiple people skilled in many different areas of remodel, now when I say many areas that does not mean I am looking for someone who paints and someone else that can do carpentry, I am looking for individuals who can do multiple crafts. from paint, drywall, carpentry, framing, flooring, tile, etc, etc, etc....and you must have an eye for detail no exception so if you painted a room for your mom once or helped your dad install flooring this job is not for you. I am also not looking for a foreman or a supervisor "I AM THE BOSS" no exceptions! So to break it down...I am looking for multiple people who can do multiple tasks remodeling homes, you must have your own transportation "NO EXCEPTION" that does not mean getting dropped off and picked up, you must drive yourself to and from work and no bicycles. You must have tools, please don't call me and say you had to pawn your tools or that your tools got stolen and you will buy new ones as you go, that will not work either. No drugs and no alcohol before or during work hours "NO EXCEPTION" I do not give second chances. If you smoke that is ok but if your habit interferes with work of I find your butts all over the jobsite I will send you packing. I am no babysitter nor am I a taxi or a bank, payday if Friday not daily do not even ask!!! If you listen to music that is fine as long as it is appropriate, phone ring tones better be appropriate and non vulgar. This is a job if you don't make me more money daily than I pay you then you will not be employed very long, if you lie to me about your skill level you will not be employed long either. I am a very easy going person and easy to get along with and we have a great time on the job however it is still a business first and foremost..If this seems like something you are interested in leave me a message...
