SKILLS SCHOOL - EVENT DETAILSYou are invited to join us on Friday, February 24th from 10:30am - 12pm in Novi, Michigan. We ended 2022 with a massive event filled with realtors from across Metro-Detroit. We started 2023 with an even bigger, SOLD OUT event! We are back for round 3 and here to help you enhance your real estate career by teaching you the right tools, skills and knowledge. Nathan Nix will be presenting a master class on how to successfully navigate the VA appraisal process. He will also be teaching realtors how to better connect with veterans by destroying common myths and how to become a shining advocate for them and their spouses. Adam Ranville will be presenting a powerful sales & communication master class for licensed and experienced Real Estate Professionals. This event is designed to help Realtors become more influential by teaching them how to create immediate trust and rapport. He will also be teaching Realtors how to implement "IDA" (immediate definitive action) into their daily routines. We will be hosting this event at: The Perna Team HQ Office (39475 W. 13 Mile Rd, Novi, Mi.) This event will include: a 40 minute keynote presentation from Nathan and a 40 minute keynote presentation from Adam...along with a 10 minute Q&A panel. This is a power breakfast event and we will be providing all guests with food and refreshments! ........................................................................ REGISTRATION INFO: This event is open to all realtors in Southeast Michigan that are looking to better themselves and their business.
