Guitarist and Bassist seek drummer to complete trio. Our drummer is moving. We play about 1 gig per month. We are in our 40s. We are both employed full-time with weekends off. The ideal candidate will have drum skills and be in a similar place in life as us. You might rock a little too hard and be accused of playing metal on occasion. We are fairly aggressive. We drink a few beers and have fun at practice. We keep it under control. You do the same. Vocals are a plus but not required. The music is covers with improvisation. Blues, Rock, 80s, some 90s. We need a dedicated drummer. You can be in other bands if you want to play every weekend. We are choosing not to do that as work and marriage / family takes precedence over music. If you gotta get paid today - that’s not us. We aren’t doing this for money. We have been playing 4 hour gigs - so we have a bunch of material and we are adding more. We are writing originals as well. I have two full drum sets on premise. Our practice room is up 3 flights of stairs. You have to be able to get up the stairs. We practice on Wednesday night.
