I have a wet basement. Hoping someone can fix it for an affordable price. Hopefully power wash looks like mold or/and mildew. There are companies that do this but I’m looking for a labor deal, price break. You must have the knowledge and experience to properly repair this. I will buy supplies (Dri-Lock?) bleach?
