Sanctioned Systemic Racism at it's worst. Black on black attack is an abomination....the worst police premeditated targeted attack ever recorded... Predator, prey.... murder. Not much different than the shootings downtown. What fuels this high level of rage and violence within the community? Could have been anyone be vigilant......trust no one but your own.
