General Maintenance Duties Daily Yard Setup: o Sweep or blow off concrete, turf and container floors o Clean bathrooms o Squeegee any standing water/puddles o Clean debris and trash outside of the yard o Meet contractors onsite for specialty work Weekly Duties: o Check in orders as needed o Organize storage containers o Power wash concrete and any other dirty surfaces o Make sure dumpster area is clean- no trash on ground o Receive/check in orders as needed o Landscaping and irrigation upkeep Monthly/Seasonal Duties: o Touch up paint o Clean debris built up in container crevices o Minor fixes o Upkeep fans or heaters o Dust fan blades Mandatory attributes: comfortable working on a ladder, able to lift 50lbs, self-starter/ability to work independently, reliable transportation for work-related errands i.e. Home Depot trips, willing to work in the elements Experience in the follow is not required but preferred: landscaping/irrigation, mechanical repair, painting, custodial work, plumbing/HVAC/electrical Other notes: Full/Part-Time options, could potentially change seasonally Sunday availability preferred
