Description
Full Time Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Tech.
Must have your own tools and have reliable transportation.
Perform maintenance as requested by the manager.
Complete & return work orders in a prompt manner.
Turn vacant units to rent-ready condition.
On call after hours for maintenance emergency as scheduled by manager.
Order parts & supplies as needed & pick up if necessary.
Perform preventive maintenance for winter & summer months.
Perform any other duty assigned by manager.
Pay is based on experience.
