Part Time Position Under supervision of senior maintenance personnel, completing resident’s work orders, power washing pool decks, stairs, painting stairs, cleaning restrooms, light carpentry. Work hours, preferably 9am-3pm, 4 days a week. Salary $16.00 ph.
