Job Opportunity: Campaign Workers Needed! We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join a city-wide campaign starting on 2/14. This is a two-week contract position ending on 2/27. Applicants must be Philadelphia residents and age 18 or older. As a Campaign Worker, your primary duties will include: - circulating nomination petitions among registered Democrats in Philadelphia - knocking on doors of registered Democrats - talking to voters about our candidate! This position will require: - commitment to working 5-6 days per week during contract period - walking and traversing various neighborhoods and terrains for several hours per day - a commitment to show up in rain or shine! - a friendly demeanor Previous petition experience a plus but not required. Previous campaign experience a plus but not required. We are offering a pay rate of $15 per hour, with performance bonuses available. Most successful applicants will have the opportunity to work close to their home. Some top performers may be offered a field coordination position with the campaign at the end of the contract.
