Esposito Construction has dozens of major sitework projects underway in South NJ and we’re looking for a competent Construction Laborer with field experience to help. Experience in working on relevant projects and using both hand and power tools & equipment is essential. If you are physically able to work on your feet 40+ hours a week and love working both in & outside than this is the job for you. Above all else, we value the safety of our workers and need a team player that believes in working safe and being on time/early every day. Benefits: Health Insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Pay: $20 + an hour, (pay commiserate to experience) Responsibilities Include: Trenching and backfilling holes to prepare for the construction site Using hand and power tools Operating equipment and heavy machinery Building temporary structures Loading and unloading materials Maintaining a clean jobsite and removing hazards materials and debris Climbing ladders and scaffolding Qualifications and Skills: Must be able to work in team setting Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively Must have a good pair of work boots Reliable transportation Desired, but not required: OSHA 10 and/or 30
