Lead singer looking to form ska group

25 y/o singer in Albany, NY looking to form a ska group. Now is the perfect time to bring ska back! Anything in the vein of Sublime, Reel Big Fish, Catch 22/Streetlight Manifesto, Jeff Rosenstock, Mighty Mighty Bosstones or Aquabats. Also would be down for ska covers of hit songs. I don’t know instruments, I just sing. I would need guitars, bass, keys, drums and horns. Recommendations for practice spaces would be cool too, I don’t have equipment or much space.
