All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including: Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification • All facets of apartment repair and maintenance • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Carpenters • Interior and exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Make-Ready Technicians • Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical • Carpentry • Make Ready Skills • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Maintenance Supervisor Position Requirements • Maintenance experience (property management/housing experience is preferred) • Experience in a supervisory role • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems & EPA certification • Provide own tools, must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must be available for emergency on-call rotation when scheduled • Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: o Walking or standing for extended periods of time o Operating assigned equipment and vehicles o Must be able to lift 50 lbs We believe that our people are our most important asset and we invest in them accordingly!
