Description

Built a roof over my 20' x 20' patio. Had no permit. Town put a stop order on it. Now have permit and need to get it done. Structure is up and shingled. Needs to be finished with bracing, joists, soffit etc. Applicants MUST be able to read engineering plans, have insurance, have contractor's license. I will pay absolutely nothing before job is complete. Been burned too many times. Respond to set a time to come see what we need and give a written estimate.
