Participants Needed for Insomnia Study

Dr. Stephen Simons and his research team at Teledyne Scientific are conducting experiments to increase our understanding of sleep. You will be asked to take home and wear a headband-like device with electrodes before you sleep. This device is experimental and is not approved by the FDA. Your brain waves may be recorded and you will receive non-invasive electrical brain stimulation. You will also be asked to complete different questionnaires. The study will require multiple visits to our lab in Research Triangle Park, in addition to time spent at home wearing the device. The total amount of time required is expected to be <9hours. Upon successful completion of the study, you will receive $420 in gift cards. This study is open to people who: -are between 21-70 years old -do not use illicit drugs -have no history of psychiatric diagnoses -have no history of neurological diagnoses -do not have metal in the body (except bridges or fillings) To learn if you are eligible to participate, please go to the site below. https://teledyne.sona-systems.com
