RETIRED SENIOR HAS MULTIPLE SMALL "TO DO" ACTION PROJECTS FOR HANDY PERSON I am seeking a Handy Person who can help me me with multiple small projects in my condo. For example I have 2-1/2 bathrooms on 3 floors. Each toilet needs a new WAX RING as I'm getting some leakage and need to stop it ASAP. A second example: I have a older car with a moon-roof which is NOT seating properly and producing leakage every time it rains (not good). I have some other projects needed in my unfinished basement. Like many people who are retired, I'm living on a fixed income and need to be conservative in terms of what fees I can afford. So please don't contact me if you believe you're going to charge a lot for your services. I"ll pay a fair job fee plus any expenses.
