80 YO Senior With Limited Budget - needs to make sure that 3rd floor townhouse shower drain no longer leaks and, when accomplished, replace my overhead ceiling in my 2nd floor bedroom together with adding a overhead light fixture and do appropriate painting. I am seeking a handy man/woman and/or contractor who has fair/reasonable prices who might be able to help.
