68yr old female needs dentist and/or dental students help

I desperately need dental implants. Dental student fine. I have medicare/medicaid which I know dentists don't take, but it may be reconstructive,or medically necessary. I've suffered 30 yrs now, am in pain and need help. Again, student fine. Please help. *Dentists needed. No inappropriate messages from non professionals please. This is request for help from a dentist, nothing else.
