Description

Responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance activities on resort equipment and tools. Maintains all resort units and public space areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities as directed. 2. Lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment, machines or tools. 3. Acknowledge and welcome owners/guests in line with company standards. 4. Respond to all owner/guest requests to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Unit and public space maintenance. 6. Ensure safety of resort and company assets. 7. Assist with organizing maintenance inventory and request supplies and parts as needed. 8. Provide daily status report of all work completed to immediate supervisor. If not completed, provided detailed explanation. 9. Wear protective equipment (eye and ear protection or respirators) when required.
