REMOVE PALM TREE IN PONTE VERDA - REMOVE CEMENT IN JACKSONVILLE

Hi, my company builds Basketball Hoops and the I have a couple odd jobs. I have had cement removed numerous times however a Palm tree is new for me so I'm interested in the process. ****Please reply to this message ONLY if you have the TOOLS needed to do these jobs Professionally and have done this work before! 1. Ponte Verda - 10 foot tall Palm tree is right where the BB Hoop is going. So, my client wants the tree removed. Once the tree is removed create a cement base for the BB Hoop. See example of a custom base, the reason I show Plywood is because when you dig around you may have to make our base smaller then the hole you dig. Rebar will have to be put in the ground also depending on the depth of the main root of the Palm tree. 2. Remove cement base that was poured wrong by driveway company. It's 4 feet deep and has rebar in it. Bolts are jhooks (see picture of a base not in the ground).
