Location: Columbia, MD (Day porter clean) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM (6 hours per day) Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00PM - 5:00PM We are looking for a hard-working person, who can maintain the cleanliness of offices and the satisfaction of our clients. You will be assigned to clean including but not limited to dusting, wiping, emptying trash, vacuuming and mopping. In addition, you will need to replenish toilet rolls, paper towels and so on. The potential candidate must possess excellent work ethic, relevant experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in getting a job done well. Responsibilities include • Maintaining the cleanliness and replenishing toilet rolls, paper towels, handsoap and so on. • Vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans daily • Cleaning door windows, and mirrors on a regular basis • Wiping common areas • Securing building by locking doors and setting the alarm once cleaning is done Qualifications • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 years of experience in janitorial services • Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite • Relevant experience with various cleaning supplies and equipment • Highly motivated and ready to do a bit of manual labor • Must be a dedicated with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
