Dog in need of good home

I have a dog I'm trying to rehome his name is rusty this poor dog has been dropped off on me three times he is good with other dogs and kids he loves being outside he doesn't like car rides a lot but will jump in your car he is super friendly and nice he is not fixed I believe he is red nose pit im asking for some of my vet bill back cause I really need the funds and not just that I doing it this way so he doesn't end up back with me or in the pound or in the streets
