Need to find a place for an older dog

We are relocating and cannot take old man jackal..we’re not sure how old he is but he’s older and his back legs are starting to go and he needs a farm or someone that will care for him for his days out. He’s a good dog. Just need someone to care for him. Not sure of his breed..my nieces dog. I will try to get more info if that’s important please let me know anyone who can take him. he is in Wappingers Falls New York. Thank you.
