Helper needed for disabled woman with a home fragrances business - [ ] Part time Thursday and Friday afternoons 4 hour shifts - [ ] At least one day almost every weekend starting February 19th - [ ] Actual schedule will be discussed at interview. - [ ] You will be helping a disabled woman with her home fragrance business. - [ ] The right candidate must be able to lift 50lbs, is willing to learn and grow, has good organizational skills, tons of energy, a valid drivers license preferred not required, good interpersonal skills, some computer skills preferred but not required, willing to work long hours on weekends going to fun events all over the state - [ ] As time progresses more hours and higher pay for the right candidate may become available. - [ ] Perfect job for motived teenager, a retiree or someone on disability looking to get back to work. $13 an hour plus commission on sales (to be determined) - [ ] Can get to the job site on your own. I work out of my house we will use my car to go most places and events. - [ ] Here are some tasks you will be required to do: A. Lift boxes of merchandise,tables, chairs. B. Pack, unpack my car and storage and bring the merchandise and equipment wherever we have to go C. Do tasks to help me make my products more efficiently D. Help put the equipment and merchandise together and on display. E. Clean and organize - [ ] Here are some other tasks that may be asked of you A. Drive to and from events. B. Stand at the table during bathroom breaks. C. Sell merchandise (commission included). D. Come up with marketing ideas, designs for labels, still photography, editing all those things. E. Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Instagram is a plus a big PLUS. Especially if you have a large following. F. Please be willing to help me make videos for my business to go on social media and Etsy. - [ ] Please be open to trying new things and learn and grow with the business. - [ ] This business is getting ready to take off! It’s best to come aboard now. It’s getting ready to blow up around here. 😄 - [ ] There may also be a need for just general help around my house if you are interested in extra work. We need help organizing and doing some chores. My partner and I both can’t lift so an example of help we need is bringing groceries in the house
