With actions to reduce carbon emissions gaining momentum, the demand for jobs in the clean energy sector is growing rapidly. Opportunities abound for electricians, solar installation technicians, site assessment specialists, and other professionals skilled in decarbonizing our homes, buildings, and vehicles. Currently however, people of color and women, particularly those residing in economically disadvantaged communities, are significantly underrepresented in our clean energy workforce. Sphere Solar wants to work to change that. Come learn more about what careers lie ahead and how to carve a pathway for yourself that fits your passion, skill set, and interests. You will also learn how to apply for our 200 hour paid internship to start you career in clean energy.
