Senior female desp needs dental implants

I'm 68 and desperately need kind dentist or dental student to help me get dental implants.went 30+ yrs no ins. have medicare/medicaid and am aware dentists don't like govt ins, but I pray a dentist or student will help me so I'm not in pain, can chew, and smile again. Please. No dentures please. I can't bear that.
