So come see him while he's still here in Cincinnati!* We will begin this 75-minute escape with centering breathwork and gentle movement to prepare the mind and body for a healing sound bath. Through intention, deliberate breathing and meditation, we will create an energy field that has the potential to facilitate the experience of non-ordinary states of awareness. No prior experience necessary. No outside agents needed. All of this work is done with your breath and your mind…and a little help from the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls! The bowls are tuned to 432Hz, a factor of the Earth’s resonant frequency, as well as the 7 primary chakras. The specific frequencies of the bowls cause the cells in our body to vibrate facilitating the release of stuck and stagnant energy. As this ‘old’ energy begins to move and shift, ‘fresh’ healing energy begins to circulate through the mind, body and Spirit promoting deep, multi-dimensional healing.
