Happy St. Paddy's Day! Come celebrate with some traditional Irish fare and a bit of Craic! (that means a fun, loud, entertaining time in Ireland) We will be making & eating some great Irish food while enjoying the music and lore that Ireland is known for! Menu: Roasted Tomatoes with Irish Cheddar & Crackers Traditional Irish Boxty Guinness Beef (& lentil for the vegetarians) Stew with Brown Bread & Irish Butter Bread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel Sauce Complimentary Cocktail: The Foggy Dew - a Smoky Irish Delight with the Irish Whiskey, Tullamore Dew *1 Complimentary cocktail will be served in class, but participants are welcome to bring their own beer and wine for enjoyment, as well.
