Grab your girlfriends for a fun Girls Night Out and treat yourself to a Floral Design Workshop taught by award winning Professional Floral Designer, Renee DeStefano Griswold. Renee has over 30 years in the floral industry and has a true passion for flowers. She has quite an inspiring story of the journey of her career to share with you. You will learn basic flower care and different floral design tips, tricks and techniques. Renee will demonstrate a more traditional design and then together you will create a more modern, custom low and lush premium fresh floral arrangement (similar to what is pictured) that is yours to keep. Take it home, bring it to work to enjoy, or it can be a gift it to someone, and it will be even more special and personal because you made it yourself! Admission includes one drink ticket, light appetizers and all of the materials needed to make your own fresh floral arrangement (valued at over $150) ~You will also be automatically entered into the raffle for the evening. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase and proceeds will always be distributed back into the local community. The Wallingford Animal Shelter will be the recipient from this events raffle. NO experience is needed for this class. It is intended for fun, and is open to all adults and again NO experience is needed. You will be guided step by step to create your own design. Tickets are only $85 to reserve your seat and materials and must be paid in full at time of reservation. Design tools will be provided to use but are not included to keep. Payment is non refundable.
