Hello All, My name is Shania Samuel and I am a yoga teacher at Bikram Yoga Works located at 500 Park Avenue. Your first class is FREE, so come out and experience the studio! CLASS STARTS PROMPTLY AT 4:00 pm. ARRIVE 10-15 mins Early. DOORS WILL CLOSE. PLEASE MAKE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE . Through the website you can sign the waiver. https://bikramyogaworks.com On Sunday's parking in the area is free. After your first class, there is a new student monthly where you can pay $79 for unlimited yoga classes for your first 30 days! Bring your family and friends! Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and a change of clothes if you'd like to shower in our locker room afterwards. If you do not have a mat we do rentals. We also sell water.
