Need help today unloading & reloading a trailer

Need help today unloading & reloading a trailer January 29 I have to unload and reload (organize) a 20' trailer. There are maybe 10 items in the trailer than have to come off and placed on the side then reloaded. Some items are heavy please be strong enough to lift 100lbs. We do have dollies & hand trucks but might have to manually lift. Must be able to accept electronic payments.
