Perfect for beginners to experienced practitioners, ages 12 and up. Accessible and appropriate for folks of all abilities. Please bring a journal or notebook.
***Practices will be offered seated in a chair. If you prefer to sit on a mat/cushion, feel free to bring whatever will make you most comfortable in your practice.
Class will be held in the Freight Depot on the Hubbard Hall Campus. Taught by certified yoga therapist and teacher Rachel Costello.
